Time for additional practice for those able to work with supervision on a personalized program. It is an especially good time to work on aerobic conditioning on treadmills, bikes, oveerground walking programs, or TANDEM cycling opportunities. This class may also be taken exclusively for an initial assessment and fee of $40 for those individuals that do not join other PWR!GYM Group Exercise Programs. All interested may first still complete the PWR!GYM initial consultation and screening prior to showing up at PWR! HOUR.
